Progress OKC is creating paths to homeownership for moderate-income households. To date, we have redeveloped an entire block in Culbertson’s East Highland neighborhood. Nine quality single-family homes were built, of which seven were sold to income-eligible individuals or families. Two were sold at market rate.

Progress OKC is continuing to develop new homes in this northeast OKC neighborhood currently adding four more homes that will be ready for new owners in June 2023. Our home ownership program is part of The City of Oklahoma City’s Affordable Housing Program. Our intent is to help make homeownership more attainable for individuals and families across economic strata. These homes will contribute to sustainable homeownership, a major vehicle for building wealth and economic opportunity.
